Renew Ranch is being designed to be an inclusive ranch and amusement park style experience in Kern County created for individuals of all abilities to come together, explore, and belong—without barriers.
Built on the belief that everyone deserves access to joy, connection, and shared experiences, Renew Ranch is intentionally designed so people of all physical, cognitive, and sensory abilities can participate together in the same activities, at the same time. Inclusion is not a special program here—it is the foundation of everything we do.
At Renew Ranch, guests will enjoy rides for all abilities along with nature-based experiences in a welcoming, accessible environment. Our rides will be thoughtfully designed to accommodate wheelchairs, mobility devices, and adaptive seating, allowing individuals and their companions to ride side by side. These experiences provide not only fun, but moments of independence, confidence, and shared joy.
Beyond rides, Renew Ranch offers accessible ranch activities, scenic pathways, and creative and sensory-friendly spaces that invite exploration and relaxation. Every element of the ranch—from pathways and facilities to programming and staffing—follows universal design principles to ensure safety, dignity, and comfort for all guests.
